Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

with a hint of chili blended with caramelised onions and garnished with parsley and walnuts

 

Bulgar Wheat

with lentils, diced red onion, fresh herbs, dried fruit, nuts, pomegranate, dressed with lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil

 

Roasted Aubergine

on a bed of Middle-Eastern tomato sauce, drizzled in tahini garnished with flaked almonds and parsley
